In this role, you’ll manage all escrow files, collaborate with our title department, and coordinate closings with clients, lenders, and real estate agents. Responsibilities also include ordering inspections, requesting payoffs, and preparing closing paperwork for buyers and sellers.![]()

A successful candidate is personable and has strong communication skills, is organized, and has exceptional decision-making abilities. A background in finance, real estate, or banking is desirable but not required. A working knowledge of programs such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is beneficial as well as the ability to quickly learn title/escrow software. Candidates should also have their Notary public or the ability to obtain it.![]()

Escrow Officer Duties and Responsibilities:![]()
• Prepare real estate closing documents![]()
• Manage disbursements of funds![]()
• Coordinate with sellers, buyers, lenders, and realtors![]()
• Work with title department in resolving issues and clearing requirements![]()
• Order inspections, payoffs, HOA information and any other documentation needed per title requirements![]()
